Do I have to make a reservation for classes?

Reservations are required for all classes to maintain a low number of people in the studio and ensure physical distancing.

Do you offer virtual lessons and classes?

Yes we do! We offer weekly Pilates Mat classes, taught in our studio and simultaneously hosted live through Zoom with high quality video and audio. We also offer virtual Private lessons, Duets and Trios. Learn more about PCOR Live Virtual Lessons & Classes.

What do I wear to my Pilates session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Normal workout apparel is recommended. Either socks or bare feet are acceptable. If you choose to wear socks, we recommend exercise socks with grips on the soles to prevent slipping.

Do you have a dressing area?

Yes, we have 2 private restrooms/dressing rooms.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No. We have thick, premium exercise mats in the studio.

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring your completed New Client Form on your first visit or arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete it in person.

How long is a lesson or class?

All lessons and classes are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted.

What happens after I finish the Intro to Pilates Package?

Following your third lesson, your teacher will recommend your next steps and advise you on the best course of action based on their assessment and your specific needs and goals. This includes specific recommendations for classes and additional lessons.
