The very experienced and wonderful staff make each Pilates exercise class both rigorous and a pleasure. The Pilates instruction is very detailed, with focus on individual needs even in a group class, and time for corrections to form. Pilates Center of Rockville is also a lovely facility – very light and airy, with modern equipment and plenty of space for stretching out in mat class. The pricing is very flexible and reasonable too, encouraging you to keep involved but with time for trips away.

I am so very thankful that I …on the spur of the moment…. almost 2 years ago….I decided to stop in the studio. I love it!! The classes, the privates, the instructors and the clients…couldn’t be better. My aches and pains are relieved becsuse of the knowledge of the instructors. They know the body and work with you to get the most out of each session. Its the best thing I could have done for myself! Thank you Pilates Center of Rockville! You are the best!!

I love this studio. The staff are wonderful and the instruction superb. I am in better physical shape now than I have been in my entire life. I always know that when I come here I will leave feeling better than when I arrived.
