A Private Pilates lesson is one-on-one, personal instruction designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Privates are beneficial for everyone, but they are essential for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and for those seeking pain relief and rehabilitation. They are also beneficial for those who want to address issues such as posture and body alignment, work on specific areas of the body, improve technique, correct bad habits or progress their practice to the next level.
Our teachers listen, interact, and examine, so that we truly understand what is happening with your body. You will be strategically guided through exercises on mat and Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Tower and Chair. We will teach you how to move, and engage your muscles properly and deeply. Our teachers have access to over 30 different apparatus, props and tools in the studio. All private lessons are 55 minutes in length, and are scheduled by appointment.
