Self-Care, Strength & Longevity
Join us for a special workshop designed specifically for young dancers, led by our very own Angilique Campbell, Senior Certified Pilates Instructor with over 18 years of teaching experience and a background in dance, athletics, and injury prevention.
This interactive session blends Pilates matwork, Tower exercises, and self-massage techniques to give dancers practical tools they can use both in and out of the studio. Participants will learn how to:
- Prevent common dance injuries through intelligent movement
- Improve alignment, stability, and strength
- Maintain mobility and flexibility for peak performance
- Develop sustainable self-care habits for long-term dance health
With her unique blend of Pilates expertise, massage therapy training, and deep understanding of a dancer’s body, Angilique creates an empowering, supportive environment where young performers can thrive.
