I had my first appointment today and loved it! The staff are all very energetic, welcoming and professional. It’s clear that they are all very experienced, and they provide a very comfortable atmosphere. I also really appreciated the warm welcome by other clients. I have taken Pilates in the past, but it has been a few years. I’m certain that I’ve come to a great place to begin again!
