Start the New Year with a bang, not at whimper! This progressive 5-week course will help you develop serious abdominal strength and sculpt your upper body. You will learn to properly and deeply engage all your abdominal muscles, while you also sculpt your arm, shoulder, back and chest muscles using light weights and other small props. We will start with the Stomach Series, which is a sequence of 5 challenging Pilates Mat exercises that has been described as the best ab workout of all time. Over the 5 weeks, we will systematically prepare, progress and perfect the Stomach Series, Teaser exercise, and incorporate targeted exercises for the upper body. Forget sit-ups, crunches and weight machines. This is the way to truly tone your body, grow your strength and get the most out of your workouts!

All levels are welcome. Series Dates: Saturdays on 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2. This event is sold as a full 5-week series to ensure that you get the best results and includes a special series discount. Space is limited, and it will likely sell out quickly.
