We’re designed to move, often and in many different ways. The beauty of Pilates is that it moves you — continually, in all directions and in different positions from your normal state of being. Pilates is designed to help you restore and maintain your body’s suppleness, grace and physical ability. In this 45-minute workshop, you will learn principles and Aliyah’s top 5 movements to help you target weak, often neglected areas of the body and restore physical vitality, with variations for all levels.

We don’t come with an owner’s manual, but we should! The Body 101 series is about sharing simple, fundamental information and movements that can unlock a pathway, turn on a light bulb and transform the way you move and feel in your body.
