How many hours a day are you sitting? The more you sit, your glutes and leg muscles get weaker, hamstrings and hip flexors get tighter and hips get stiffer. The Side Kick Series, a unique sequence of Pilates Mat exercises, is the ultimate lower body workout to address these issues. In this 45-minute workshop, you will learn principles and movements to help you strengthen and tone your glutes and thigh muscles, increase hamstring and inner thigh flexibility and improve hip joint mobility.

We don’t come with an owner’s manual, but we should! The Body 101 series is about sharing simple, fundamental information and movements that can unlock a pathway, turn on a light bulb and transform the way you move and feel in your body.
