This beautiful bottle is crafted from double wall 18/8 stainless steel, that keeps your drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12. It’s the perfect container for your cold water, steamy hot tea or refreshing iced tea or coffee!

The very experienced and wonderful staff make each Pilates exercise class both rigorous and a pleasure. The Pilates instruction is very detailed, with focus on individual needs even in a group class, and time for corrections to form. Pilates Center of Rockville is also a lovely facility – very light and airy, with modern equipment and plenty of space for stretching out in mat class. The pricing is very flexible and reasonable too, encouraging you to keep involved but with time for trips away.
