Back by popular demand! This series is designed to address the specific needs of mature clients, ages 60 and up, to help them build and maintain strength, mobility, balance, and posture. Angilique developed this equipment series to focus on those things and address changes that often occur as we age, such as arthritis and osteoporosis. This series is perfect for clients new to Pilates equipment or those simply looking to build up their strength and stability. You will work on Pilates fundamentals and progressions on both the Reformer and the Tower, using various props to support your movement.
