Do you want greater strength and definition in your shoulders, arms, and upper body? This is the series for you! The secret to powerful arms and shoulders is building strength in your upper back and stability in your shoulder structure. Join Susan for this progressive course to address weakness and pain and improve your muscle tone and posture with a variety of exercises and stretches that increase stability, build lean muscles, and release tension. Using simple props, such as a resistance band and light hand weights, Susan will focus on proper form and alignment to ensure each movement is targeted and effective. You will leave standing taller, stronger and more at ease in your mind and body!

LIVE VIRTUAL/RECORDED: Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for this option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class. We recommend that you have a resistance band and a pair of light hand weights (1 – 2 lbs. or a pair of cans/water bottles).
