This is the rescue your body needs. If you’ve been sitting more than usual over the past year, then you probably have tight hips. All of those hours of sitting lock the hip joints and shorten the muscles, making it harder to stand upright and move freely. Tight hips can also cause low-back pain, knee pain, and postural problems.

Join Susan for this progressive series of targeted stretching and movement to help you relieve pain and release tension. You will develop greater awareness and appreciation of the more than 20 muscles that cross the hip joint and learn exercises to improve flexibility, mobility, and stability. We’ll use a few simple props, including a tennis ball, foam roller, and resistance band to strengthen and release your hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and inner and outer hip muscles. You will leave standing taller, sitting more comfortably, and moving and feeling better.

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the speaker view is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
