Join Rashida for this powerful, progressive and evenly-paced flow of the Pilates Matwork. Experiment with new, challenging yet attainable movement variations that will advance your body and your practice to the next level in a thoughtful and safe manner. This series is not appropriate for beginners or those with injuries. Experienced Pilates Mat students are welcome.

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the Teacher is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
