In this workshop,
Beth Davis will introduce you to her transformative self-bodywork practice. Over the course of 40 years as a movement educator and 25 years as a Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Beth has developed a unique combination of stretching, foam rolling, myofascial release, self-massage, and breathing techniques that empower you to release tension and discomfort in your body, relieve aches and pains, and unwind your mind. All you need is a mat and a few simple tools.
