The Secret to Aging Well: Your Feet

Do you suffer from foot problems, lower leg pain, cramps, or poor balance? Hip, back, or knee pain? It’s time to give your feet the attention they need!

With more than 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Beth Davis is convinced that the secret to aging well is through the feet. They are the foundation of stability and mobility for the rest of your body. Their inflexibility, weakness, and dysfunction not only cause problems in the legs and feet (such as bunions, plantar fasciitis, and neuromas), it can also lead to falls, deteriorating hip sockets, and pain throughout the body. In this workshop, Beth will teach you how to use movement, stretching techniques, and self-massage to release the fascia and muscles of the feet, ankles, and lower legs. You will also build strength and improve your balance, core support, and mobility. You’ll feel an improvement throughout your entire body! Check out this video preview to learn more.

All levels are welcome. We recommend that you have the following items: resistance band, tennis ball or similar, and a chair with a back

Even if you can’t make it to the live event as scheduled, you can still get the workshop by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving a link to the live workshop, you will also receive a link to a recording of the workshop shortly after it ends (only the in-studio view is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can participate at your convenience.
