Essential Stretch 4-Week Series

This series is a deep dive into releasing your whole body to create a better quality of movement and sensation from head to toe. Decrease tension, stiffness, and stress. Improve your posture, blood flow, and breathing. Activate your core and release endorphins.

Beth will begin each class with a short warm-up to prepare the body. Then, she will lead you through a guided flow of bodywork and stretching techniques designed to unwind the body. Give yourself 55 minutes each week to explore and let go!

• Week 1 focuses on the upper body
• Week 2 focuses on the lower body
• Week 3 combines upper and lower
• Week 4 assembles your toolbox for at-home practice

All sales/registrations are final. No make-up classes.

LIVE VIRTUAL/RECORDED: Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for this option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
